Each service requires a unique turnaround time and different times of year create “surges” in demand.

For residential properties, you can typically expect photo delivery next day, with all other services delivered in 2-5 days.

We proudly service all of British Columbia upon request, however the day-to-day service area is Prince George, BC.

Anyone is welcome, and we understand that it can be intimidating for sellers and tenants to not be home during the process. However, for best (and quickest) results, we recommend the fewest amount of people and pets possible. We do not require that anyone is home during the process, as long as we have access to the property.

1. Declutter all rooms by removing unnecessary items from countertops, tables, and floors.

2. Deep clean the entire home, including windows, mirrors, floors, and appliances.

3. Make all beds neatly with clean, wrinkle-free bedding.

4. Put away personal items such as family photos, toiletries, and pet supplies.

5. Open all blinds and curtains to let in as much natural light as possible.

6. Turn on all interior lights and replace any burnt-out light bulbs.

7. Tidy the exterior by mowing the lawn, sweeping walkways, and removing vehicles from the driveway.

8. Hide garbage bins, hoses, cleaning supplies, and other distracting items.

9. Arrange furniture to create open, spacious rooms and remove oversized pieces if needed.

10. Add simple finishing touches, such as fresh towels, a bowl of fruit, or a small plant, while keeping the décor clean and neutral.

Most homes are captured in between 1 to 3 hours depending on size and service type.
